  8. My heart aches...for your loss, for my loss.

    I'm so sorry.

She's a beautiful angel now...laying on a floatie in the warmest pool in heaven...with a margarita in her hand, no doubt. God Bless her and all whose lives she touched.

Mike, Kate, Kelsie, Chrissy and Trev...your lives will never be the same but they are richer for having been loved by your mom. She loved you fiercely and was so proud of you.

God bless all of you during these dark days.

  10. I'm so very sorry for your loss. As a co-worker of your mother it has been a real priviledge to have known such a beautiful spirit. May your memories sustain you and your family through what is no doubt a very difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Remain strong. Much affection,

  11. I couldn't of said it better Tanya - Micheline has given so many family stories and so many proud moments about her family and her children throughout the years. I was never lucky enough to meet her in person, but feel like we have been friends forever. She's my first "internet" friend and will always hold a special spot in my heart.

She used to always tell us about her "white picket fence" world and I'd like to think she's there now, and everything is running the way Micheline says it should...I hope it's everything she always said it was and more.

She was truely a special woman with such an upbeat and postive personality and she will be greatly missed. Know that she loved you all, spoke highly of each and every one of you kids and Mike as well. She was very proud of all of you and the lives you have created.

  15. I am so heartbroken, and can't even imagine how you all are feeling. You all know this, but your mom was one incredible lady. So fun, full of life, always smiling. She will be so greatly missed.

She created an amazing family, her spirit will live on in all of you, her absolute joy. Be strong for your mom, as you have been, she is so proud of you all.

And Mike, my heart is breaking for you, at the loss of your best friend and wife. I wish I had words that would help. I will continue to pray for your family.

I will never forget you Micheline. I had my first margarita with you, I spent my first weekend away from my family ever with you, and over the past 11 years that I have known you I have been able to confide in you, and laugh with you, and watch our children grow up together. You are loved, and will never be forgotten.

    God Bless you,

    Bobbi-Lynn and family

  16. I'm so sorry that Micheline was not able to continue her fight. She battled long and hard, while those who loved her most prayed and rallied around her. We never lost faith, and we never truly believed she would lose the fight.

To Mike, Kate, Kelsie, Chrissy, and Trevor... she loved you with all her heart, as you did her. She will be missed and remembered by many.

  19. I am heartbroken that 2 amazing girls have lost their mum and a man has lost his partner. I am so sorry for the loss of Mich and and know she is no longer in pain now and she is with the Lord. It is harder for those left behind so I pray a prayer of healing for those on Earth who love and miss Mich and that their memories serve as comfort and know that we will see her again in the Lord's care one day when it is our turn to be with God.
God Bless, Andrea and Family (NZ)

  24. The tide recedes but leaves behind
    bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle
warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes
    on in sweet refrains.....
    For every joy that passes,
    something beautiful remains.

  25. Mike,Kate,Kelsie,Chrissy and Trevor, our deepest condolences and fervrent prayers for God's peace to be with you during this time.Your mom and I didn't see each other often but when we did we would always pick up right where we left off. I will always consider her as one of my good friends.I saw her last at WalMart and we had lunch at A&W as we could never plan ahead to meet. She loved you all and was proud of what you were doing. You kept her busy but she thrived on being your Mom and Mike you were her rock. I know this will not be easy for you but I pray hearing how much she meant to so many people will be some comfort. Take comfort in each other and to those who reach out to you. Remember those 'little things' and keep them close to your heart.
    Blessings and Love, Val Roe

  26. My heart and condolences go out to the McEwan family.
I didn't have the privilege of knowing Micheline for more than a year, but she changed my perspective on life forever. Micheline was so vibrant, beautiful and full of a special energy. Contagious laugh, beautiful smile and the kindest heart. I knew she loved Mike and her children more than anything in the world. She had more friends than anyone I know and touched so many lives. I miss you, dear friend. God bless.

  31. Mike & Family, my heart aches for all of you. No one should have to suffer the pain all must be feeling at your loss. Know that time does heal the hurt and your memories of life shared with an extrordinary lady will sustain you.

Micheline, I just can't believe you are gone. I was so sure you of all people would come out a winner. I was lucky enough to spend a weekend in Windsor with you not so very long ago and feel robbed I didn't get a chance to see you one more time. Oh how I regret that we did not have the pajama party we always talked about. I am fortunate to have known you and will forever keep your memory in my heart.

  35. I have been trouble posting, but wanted to add my sympathies to all those here. Your wife/mom was an amazing woman. She made the people around her better. Anyone whose life she touched is better for having known her. She loved you all with such a fiercness and joy. She was proud of all of you. She is looking down on you now and taking care of you even now. Her passion, joy and love will live on in each of you and all the people around the world who were lucky enought to have known her.
